Description
This bacterial filter for VacuAide suction unit from DeVilbiss is fitted at the top of the secretion collection vessel. Its function is to filter the air entering the device, to protect the device and patient against contamination.
It has an ergonomic cylindrical design, wider at the top and with tabs at the side to facilitate insertion and removal. At the top it has a curved connector to insert the tube connecting the vessel to the suction device.
Special care must be taken not to wet or wash the filter, as this will make it incapable of filtering and unusable. The filter is specifically compatible with suction units from DeVilbiss, ensuring a secure, efficient fit.
