Description

The Veraseal^® 3 full face mask from Sleepnet is designed for adult patients weighing more than 30 kg, who have been prescribed positive airway pressure treatment at pressures of over 3 cmH_₂O. It is made from materials free from PVC, DEHP, phthalates and natural rubber latex, so it is ideal for patients allergic to any of these materials.

The mask structure is made from light materials that ensure proper support and comfort.

Its main distinctive features are:

• Sleepnet AIR°gel^® is an advanced cushion technology that uses a high-quality silicone gel to provide total adaptability to the contours of the face. It therefore gives a correct seal and minimises air leaks. Its soft, flexible composition helps to reduce skin irritation, meaning it can be used for longer periods of time.
• AIR°gel^® cushion on the forehead to give the patient maximum comfort and stability.
• Beside the forehead cushion, the mask has an adjustment dial. Turning this adjusts the pressure applied by the forehead cushion, to redistribute the pressure of the mask on the bridge of the nose.
• Oxygen therapy port located in the centre of the mask to allow easy administration of extra oxygen.
• Harness quick-release slot located at the side, for easy and quick removal and fitting of the mask.
• 360º revolving elbow to change position, move the head or adjust the mask easily while resting.
• Anti-asphyxia valve to stop exhaled air being re-inhaled should the device malfunction.
