eFlow®rapid inhalation nebuliser (PARI)

Description

The eFlow®rapid is a portable, reusable electronic nebuliser designed for the inhalation of medications prescribed by healthcare professionals. Its vibrating mesh technology turns the liquid medication into a fine mist or aerosol. Designed for home and hospital use, it ensures fast, effective inhaled therapy for both paediatric and adult patients. Various types of medication can be administered with this device, including antibiotics, corticosteroids and mucolytics, among others.

The eFlow®rapid inhalation system from PARI can be operated via mains power or using either disposable or rechargeable batteries. If it is used with batteries, it offers approximately 90 minutes of battery life. The device has an LED display that allows users to monitor therapy progress and a button to start, pause or stop the treatment. For maximum patient comfort, the nebuliser stops when the medication has been consumed. Nebulisation is estimated to take about 5 minutes, depending on the volume of the solution used.

The eFlow®rapid includes a kit with all the accessories needed for nebulisation. The container included has a capacity of between 2 and 6 millilitres. It is advisable to clean the nebuliser and accessories properly to prevent infections or other complications.
