Description

Description and benefits

This adapter, made of blue plexiglass, couples to the EMST to turn it into an inspiratory strength trainer. The resistance of the spring can be adjusted by turning the knob on the EMST before connecting it to the adapter.

Instructions for use

It should then be shaken slightly to remove excess water and left to dry in the air in a cool, well-ventilated place. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures.
